How to prepare for a job interview
Preparing for a job interview
My husband, Bill, is an Executive Coach and has a very extensive background of over 30 years in helping people in job search situations. As part of his coaching practice, Bill uses and is certified in several prominent personality assessment reports. While these assessment reports can be helpful in a job search, Bill has told me that one report in particular can be helpful in the interview process. The information in this report, and Bill’s skill in helping a person understand that information, will help a person set themselves apart from the many other candidates interviewing for a job. This insightful information will help a person answer two very difficult interview questions: “Tell me about yourself” and “Why should I hire you?”
The assessment report, the DNA Talent Report, identifies 23 personal skills that a person has mastered or partially mastered. Some of these personal skills are: Conflict Management, Interpersonal Skills, Decision Making, Teamwork and Customer Service. Knowing that you have mastered these skills and understanding the definitions of these skills coupled with Bill’s skill in developing interview questions specific to you will help you breeze through the interview process. And remember that most people find the interview process difficult and uncomfortable.
Click on the tab “Contact Us” and send an email describing your interest and Bill will get back to you with more information about the report and how this interview preparation process can work for you.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
P. S. Also the information in this talent report coupled with Bill’s interpretation of the information can help you keep your current job should your company have layoffs. Companies hire and retain workers who can articulate how their personal skills can benefit the company’s bottom line. Bill can definitely help you explain your personal skills and make you stand out from your co-workers!
